After a long walk pulled muscles in my legs and was unable to walk without severe pain, I had no battrey life left on my phone so flagged down a passing tax and asked him to drive me to the nearest telephone box, because I didn't have enough money he refused to take me but said he would get me help, that help never arrived... (shame on him) I'm a 51 year old woman and was left alone in a freezing bus shelter all night unable to walk from 12am-7.30am and my family going frantic until this amazing man from this cafe who invited me in and gave me his own phone to use and thawed me out with a warm seat and a hot mug of tea, he even offered food until I was collected. A true beautiful person who opened the doors for me even though the cafe wasn't due to open until a further hour or so ....... THANK YOU!!! .... P.S....... that was the best mug of tea EVER Kind...

Absolutely fantastic as ever!! Such a great atmosphere in there, the service is always fantastic, the servers are amazing and OMG the food!

This week I came in on Saturday 28th - it was extremely busy but every person/ customer was dealt with such finesse and of course they are all so friendly!

I also came in today 2nd June, again extremely busy but still fab!

There was a new server who I think is called Rosie (I am really sorry if it is different) they had black hair, amazing smile, personality and aura.

They treated every customer (including the dogs) with such excitement and was genuinely interested in you.
