Absolutely awful! Poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Disgusting. I’m not even sure where to begin but i’ll keep it short. My colleague and I ordered triple chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Halfway through, we find green spots all around the cheesecake. We ask for clarification from the waitress and then the chefs. They tried to convince us that it’s orange zest and has been cross contaminated? I’m sorry but on what world is orange zest green?? & what would have happened if we have allergies? So finally they admit it’s mold in the end after going back and forth for about an hour. Asked for their names - they refused but finally gave after about 10 minutes. Asked for suppliers name as they get the cheesecakes sent to them and they are not made fresh in store and so wanted to complain myself to the supplier but they refused - “we are not allowed to”. It was so slow we had to wait almost 1 and half to get our starter! If you want to be relaxed in this place, you would definitely have so much stress with the wait. DON’T COME HERE! We were starving!
