I cant give 0 stars, wish i could. I have been visiting this restaurant for years. The food is average, nothing special. The atmosphere is good, mainly evening. Last night I visited again this restaurant. The food was very spicy, very bad. Don't try tofu, so so awful! I complained and the manager was smiled and just told me : the food is like this. We came home, (we are family of four,) everybody had stomach pain and my husband vomiting. All in all the food is now very bad, everything is spicy, contains lots of sugar, it made from semi - prepared food. The staffs are not polite. They didn't allow us to choose a table, we were told somebody would come. But nobody came. Monday evening the restaurant was almost empty. Only one table was engaged. I haven't seen their kitchen but the authorities should check them! They are not on the Trustpilot, I understand because they don't want lots of bad reviews. I do not recommend visiting this...
Read moreFirst visit to Siam Thai, the waitress welcomed us pleasantly and whole through to the end this young lady was superb, very professional and genuinly nice. The decor is asian style and looking lovely. We had starter for chicken satay and deep fried prawn in blanket, they are well presented and tasty. For the main course veg red curry and chicken penang curry. they both are very tasty and we enjoyed our food very much. the red curry was a tiny bit too rich as i could taste coconut cream a lot. but this is only my preference. Only down side is the price. for starter and a bowl of rice are over priced. if they were 25% less, I would have given 5 stars. There are thai restaurants around this area the same quality as Siam thai less price. Again we were served by two waitresses they were both lovely but a tall young lady was...

The peanuts came in a dish, as did some little flakes that I thought might be paprika, if I thought at all. I sprinkled some on the noodles and ruined my whole meal and indeed the evening (it was a special anniversary). I have never eaten anything as hot, feeling my mouth was on fire. Once I’d realised what had happened I could have eaten the unsprinkled part of the dish which was otherwise tasty ( I did manage to finish the prawns), but my appetite had gone. It seems very strange to serve a sweet dish with an accompaniment that should have carried a health warning. If I had wanted something that hot, I’d have gone for...
