Chello's Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Shocking service. We ordered through just eat. The menu states free garlic bread with cheese on orders over £15. We did not receive it. We called Chellos and asked why we didn't receive it only to be told that although this is their offer they don't honour it unless you actually ask for it in the notes section. This is not stated on the menu which is false advertising. When my husband told them this they said if we wanted it we would have to place another order tomorrow night and ask for it. We also ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of pop which cost £2.40. When this arrived it was actually a 1.25ltr bottle. Staff didn't care about our complaints and were very rude on the phone even though my husband was polite. The food wasn't even that good compared to others we have used in the past. I definitely will not be ordering again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid Chellos at all costs. Awful experience from...

Left 1 star as no option for none. Absolutely didgusted at the service from here. We order frequently from here yet after tonight i will never order again . We recieved half our order and the delivery guy did off like Michael Schumacher so we rang the shop . We were basically accused of lying as the girl on the phone.. who had zero manners by the way ... reckons she over heard us say we had it. So after an hour and a half later and being hung up on twice by the management we were told if you want a refund go to just eat. Absolute disgraceful way to treat a regular customer or any customer for that matter. This will not be left here as we have no food yet they have our money ...... avoid...

Disappointing in all honesty. Large kebab consisted of a box of scraps of meat and a tub of salad the size of some other take away's garlic sauce tubs, no garlic sauce came with kebab despite asking and pitta bread was as hard as a rock. I ordered two kebab wraps, wrap being in the name... Not a tortilla sort of mangled into some tinfoil so it spills it's garlic sauce and other contents directly onto you the minute you try and open it. Can't believe I was charged £1.80 for a salad the size of a muffin box and a pitta bread. I'll not be...
