Chicken & Pizza Hott — Restaurant in England

Ordered via JustEat. NEVER AGAIN!! Food was late, so we called to check on it’s ETA. The staff told us that the delivery was attempted 30 mins before we called but no one answered. This is nonsense as we are home with the lights on and doorbell and knocker in full working order. I had to go and meet the driver, who arrived on foot, delivering our very cold and disappointing food. Pizza’s were all crushed up in the boxes. When I called the shop to discuss, I was met with a rude and aggressive attitude and absolutely no attempt to accept responsibility for such poor service or an offer of rectifying was the issues. I was told it was a problem to take up with JustEat, which I have. They have point blank refused a refund. astonishingly bad customer service, food delivered COLD and in a TERRIBLE state and a very disappointed family with empty bellies.

EDIT Spoke to owner and was very happy with his customer service. He was very understanding, drove the replacement kebab personally and promised to go back to talk to the rude member of staff. Very pleased!

Very disappointed. Have been going to this place for years without issue. Chips are luke warm at best. Kebab arrived no salad, no sauce. Argued with the delivery driver that the separate sauces were probably for the kebab but he refused to give them to me. Called the restaurant to be told their really busy and they'll 'send one when they have time'. Didn't ask me what was missing or what sauce was needed. When trying to talk to them on the phone he just hang up on me! Terrible customer service, looks like I'm looking for a new...

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time ever today, and the food was exceptionally good.

I had a chicken sheesh wrap with fries and a drink and I have to say, I have eaten very many chicken and pizza shops in the local area but this was by far the best food I’ve had so far.

The chips were perfectly cooked, crispy and fresh and the chicken wrap was very juicy and very generously sized.

Also, the sauces that they use are very tasty not like those cheap commercial sauces that you often find in most shops.

If your local I would suggest to pop in and give the food a try, as most of the reviews that were negative seem to be related to...
