I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Seafood Set for 2 from Nagomi restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The delivery arrived exactly on time, even two minutes early, which was a fantastic start to our meal.The Seafood Set was an absolute delight. Each piece was exquisitely prepared, showcasing the chef's remarkable skill and attention to detail. The freshness of the seafood was evident in every bite, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The presentation was elegant, making the entire experience feel like a special occasion. A special mention must go to the sushi chef for their exceptional craftsmanship. The precision in the slicing, the delicate assembly, and the harmonious blend of ingredients truly elevated the meal. It was clear that each piece was made with care and expertise. A very Chinese style Japanese, which I guess suits some dishes but not the ones me and my partner ordered. The service is very good and the interior is pleasant. Wouldn't recommend having beef here, it's exactly like Chinese takeaway do it - poor cuts and using beef tenderiser powder to make it edible which results in bad goopy texture to the meat and impossible to sear it. The yaki soba sauce is not really yaki soba sauce. Karage are more like chicken nuggets (but we got a lot more chicken than the advertised 7 pieces). The sushi was decent with well seasoned rice and I bet a shio ramen would be good here too. Egg is not a ramen egg, it's over cooked. Given the high ratings, I expected better but my one other experience eating out in Dunstable was also a let down so maybe it's the area. If you like authentic Japanese, look elsewhere - you'll probably pay a lot...

I discovered this place 2 months ago and have been going weekly ever since! Authentic Japanese food prepared by experienced Japanese chefs, this restaurant has quickly become my new go to restaurant. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and not one dish that I didn’t love. My husband’s favourite are the ramens and mine are teriyaki salmon, ebi fry, sizzling beef, unagi don and prawn yaki soba. Oh not to forget their signature makimono rolls- they are just amazing! There are choices for children too, my daughter is 7 and a picky eater, she loves the chicken katsu don as the curry sauce come separately so she has a choice of having it plain. We are so happy that we finally have a Japanese restaurant in dunstable and I will indeed continue to support...
