Fast & Fresh Pizza — Restaurant in England

Absolutely awful, and that is by no means an exaggeration.

I used order from them all the time over the last 15years, I don't know what the hell has happened to them in the last few years, but service has gone down hill beyond belief.

I've just waited 80 minutes to receive still warm yet soggy as if it had been boiled in water - a chicken wrap meal, 2pcs of chicken and chips - one peice was a drumstick the other I genuinely don't know what part of the chicken it was but it was the size of two nuggets but mainly bone/gristle (maybe the neck!?) and lastly a large kebab which was by no standard large and looked as though it had been literally thrown in the box (dropped possibly?)

Now before you think I'm rating them on this one disgraceful experience I've tried on many separate occasions over the past 2 years to give them another shot but this is the last time I'm ordering from them now, service is awful and the food is no better, further to that you pay a premium over other shops!

Shame considering fast n fresh has been there 20ish years now, im genuinely astounded they still have ANY custom, go to Amigos or Farmhouse Pizza you wont regret it like I have the last 5-10 times I've ordered from fast n fresh.

I ordered the Calzone and first received 2 pizzas. I called and they said they'll send the correct order out. They then sent the order and when I opened the box there was 2 half pizzas. I called them and was informed that these are their Calzone.

I explained that I've eaten Calzone many times and this is not what they had advertised. They explained that this is what they call Calzone. I told them that I refuse to eat this after such terrible service and they instructed me that the driver will come and collect the food and that I should contact u er eats for a refund.

I have attached pictures of their "Calzone" and what they've advertised. This shop is also called fast n fresh and actually operating under a different name to get customers to purchase from them. I had initially read negative reviews about fast n fresh and had never ordered from them. But when I called today to find out why my order was delayed they answered "Hello, fast n fresh" .

This is the worst service I have ever received! This is literally half a pizza cut into squares. They need to be investigated because this is playing with people's money. Not only have they left me hungry, they've left me with...

Extremely disappointed!!!!

Bought a chicken sizzler, cookie dough and a few other bits. Chicken sizzler not edible due to the level of chilli, I wasn't even asked if I wanted it spicy and seems like a whole load of chilli sauce was dumped on it. The cookie dough should not have been given to us as it was burnt and not edible. I wish I had checked it before I left as I would have asked for it to be replaced.

Ridiculous for what I paid and will definitely not be coming back here!

In Response to the owner... When ordering at other places customers are usually told if a food item is spicier than usual and your photo of the chicken sizzler does in no way indicate this as being a spicy dish. Also, the cookie dough photo you have up is of a skillet cookie not 4 burnt cookies stuck together and this is extremely misleading. Your set time for baking the cookies or reheating then is obviously completely wrong as not onmy were the cookies burnt but the chocolate was burnt too and this very obvious in the photo I have attached. You are just making excuses for a ruined unedible meal that I paid...
