Chicken Nest — Restaurant in England

I took a chance on this place after I fancied chicken and had been let down in the past by other fast food chains in Telford on multiple occasions.

Everything arrived nice and warm and ready to eat, and the milkshake wasn't melted, it was still frozen and as perfect as everything else on arrival.

I ordered a hash brown chicken burger, with chips and everything from the bun to the lettuce was the freshest I have ever seen, it was as if I had been at the counter myself and was eating straight away after ordering.

The chicken was gorgeous and the hash brown was placed with such tender care that I couldn't believe it, unlike the usual smashed hash brown I get on a burger from other places.

And oh my God the chips were amazing, they arrived nice and warm and they were crunchy Without A bit of grease, ask yourself when was the last time your chips arrived warm AND crunchy from any other place! Without a doubt the best fast food chips I have ever eaten on a delivery in Telford in years.

Everything I ordered arrived -,which is something rarely seen when ordering in - but this place really shows you how it's done.

The food was made and delivered with such care I felt like a valued customer on my first delivery.

Also I need to give a shout out to the driver who arrived promptly and asked if I had been waiting long to which I replied I hadn't, he thanked me for the instructions I put on the orde and I was touched that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the wait time before I even had the food in my hands.

I will be telling everyone who will liste. Ti try this place over the Christmas Break and I will 100% be ordering again.

Honestly the foods fine I just can't cope the the inane lack of customer service any longer. Regularly order from here and a don't think a single delivery has been completed with out some form of issue. Tonight's was just the cherry on top. 20 minutes after our expected delivery slot which was already an hour after ordering and no sign of delivery so I call, I'm told yeah driver is out with the delivery nd then they just hang up. OK w.e it's on its way...right? No. A further 20 minutes later we get a call from them saying its delivered you were the guy in white shorts...I explain that I'm not a man nor am I wearing white, they then go on about not having an order for us?! I offer the order number several times until finally the person on the phone writes it down says they have to make a call and then promptly hangs up again. Finally in fairness to them the food arrives, and the driver is...

We had Chicken Tikka in Naan Bread and Lamb Seekh Kebab in Naan. Meal cost slightly less than a tenner, great but the meat was a bit on the light side. Also salad was nice, not too much, but weren't asked what or amount to put on the naan. Sauce also came with the naans and must say lightly added but just the way I like it, but again the theme of this, no choice given. Must say on the positive, the naan was one of the best tasting naans we've ever had. Can't complain with the price though would add if you gave a big appetite then order two. Have ordered the same food mentioned earlier recently via takeaway and seemed like there was more meat this time.
