Greggs — Restaurant in England

They mostly employ youngsters who have zero personality, communication skills or initiative. Most of the time they look miserable and like they don’t want to be there. That said there is one young chap who works there who is great but not seen him for ages probably moved on to something better. Management is very poor and the place is so sterile and soulless. More often than not all the pastries are cold and they haven’t got any hot ones in the oven cooking because they don’t seem capable of knowing when things need to be replenished. Store looks untidy and not very clean most of the time. If I was Greggs id be having serious words with the Manager in the store because it damages their reputation when stores are this bad. I went to this store this morning, While I can forgive the young lad behind the counter for being a trainee what I cannot forgive is being completely ignored while he is looking at his mobile phone behind the counter, He barely spoke to me and just nodded at me through the transaction after I asked to be served, This place is usually great but this was a seriously disappointing experience, I didn't feel valued as a customer and I hope this isn't the future of Greggs...

The + Special Offer: Hash Browns - Was were it really got special. It was burnt to a crisp charcoal edges and solid crunch all the way through. Could not eat it and had to throw the two away.
