Chicken Shop Upton — Restaurant in England

I used to order peri peri chicken twice in a week from this shop and I always did if via uber. Then, last week I went to the shop and the lady in the front desk was so rude. I was not very happy and thought that might be a bad day for her. Then 2 days before, I again went to the shop, and the lady was so rude and her attitude to me and other customers was like we were beggars, begging for free food. She was playing game ( candy crush ) on her phone all time. One customer came there and stood for more than 5 minutes infront of her and she was still interested in playing games. So , the customer approached her and she was very rude to him. I was not even able to eat the food that I bought because of her attitude. I came there to buy my food and not to get it for free. So show some respect to the customers. This is the first time ever in my life I am writing a bad review. I love the food from that shop, but I can’t go back to that shop and see her face once again. I won’t buy food from here even if its home delivery because of her attitude. I also seen bad google reviews of her. So I am not...

I love this place. Brilliant food normally brilliant service. Tonight I ordered a delivery. In a miss type my mobile number (last digit) was incorrect. When I rang to ask about my order was greated by a lady that new my Address and mobile number. But rather than say sorry sir there was no address on the order ( even though they knew that) rather than say sorry your last digit on your number was wrong (even though they knew that) I had the response. "Well we didn't have your address" your number was wrong" in a very snotty tone. When I apologised for my wrong doings on the order but there was no need to speak to me in that tone. I was passed to the manager. Who rather than listen to me explain I was sorry for my wrong order after checking I had missed my address even though I put the house number and post code on, also spoke to me like I was I thug in the street. Put the phone down. Then when I rang back rather than rectify the situation (all we wanted was our food) told me he wasn't going to serve us just refund me! Totally awful...

Placed an order for the first time this evening online we were very impressed with the food we had a value box meal. with 3 pieces of chicken,chips and a can of pepsi also original loaded box meal chicken burger ,chips & tango we also has chocolate fudge cake and carrot cake I was very impressed with all the food my son enjoyed his very much he said the fudge cake would be nicer with some cream that was his only suggestion,I loved my chicken burger and the carrot cake was 😋 the best I had in years well done the food was hot upon arrival too which sometimes other places deliver cold food all in all very pleased it did take a while to arrive but better to wait and...
