China China — Restaurant in England

VERY POOR!!!!! I am really disappointed to be writing this as I've used this Chinese for along time and have mostly enjoyed the food, but the last 4 meals that I've had have been shockingly awful! The chicken and meat have been so dry and the spare ribs have been even dryer, it's almost like they have been using up the leftovers from the previous day! As I've enjoyed the food in the past I kept giving them another chance, but no more! I have rang them twice to complain, but all I got was 'I will let the kitchen know ' and was rushed off the phone, so their customer service is pretty rubbish as well. A takeaway is a treat and expensive nowadays, so you would expect it to be enjoyable! So, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone at the moment unless they change...

Wouldn’t even rate this takeaway 1 ! It’s ridiculous on the quality of the order! I ordered through Uber eats and allowed 20-40 mins wait then when it eventually got to an hour and 15 mins I walked up to the takeaway lucky enough it’s not too far! Walked in and the attitude of the staff is unacceptable, rude,blunt and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience! Asked for my delivery fee back fair enough they gave it back but we still had to wait in store for 20 mins for the order to even come out! When I eventually got home everything was okay. BUT THE CHICKEN CURRY! Disgusting it was dry to the middle! Going back up to get a refund completely...

Absolutely the worst food I have ever eaten. We ordered shredded chili chicken. BBQ spare ribs. Curry sauce and chips. The shredded chili chicken had a very off taste. Like it was a batch of chicken they cooked last week and reheated. The curry sauce was like slime and had no spice to it. The bbq spare ribs were so dry and had no bbq sauce in with them, the chips was like eating a plate of cardboard fingers. Me and my girl friend ended sitting and sharing a plate of prawn crackers as it was the only thing bearable to eat. I will never order...
