Chinese 2 Night — Restaurant in England

I have been coming here for a long while, and it saddens me to have to write a negative review, but I am very disappointed. First of all, I love the food, easily 5 stars. But the service in the last several months has been atrocious. There has been a couple of times where i've ordered, most recently this weekend, at a reasonable time, and heard nothing for 1hr45 mins. I tried calling several times throughout this and my calls went unanswered, went to voicemail many times. Only when I called from another phone did they answer right away, and advise it could be up to further hour for my food. I have seen some of the owner's hostile comments towards people after they remarked on long wait times, but i think it's worth highlighting the poor communication from the restaurant. If you update your website/customer to say how long it will be, that will prevent so many orders and give customers the satisfaction of what to expect. I'm not sure if more staff/drivers are needed too, but I want this restaurant to succeed and am very let down by the poor experience. I honestly don't think my order was ever going to come on this occasion, so I cancelled it and went elsewhere. Not sure if/when I'll be back, but I really hope the owner takes my constructive criticisms on board as a loyal customer, to help them get back...

Ordered here a few times never had any problems and always great food until last night.... So we pre ordered our food as it was mother's day expecting to be busy with that in mind we did have an item not turn up/missing but they did send it straight away. Literally 1 minute before the driver returned with our missing item I was enjoying my meal and tucked into my last chicken ball, instantly I knew something was wrong it wasn't chicken it was a king prawn ball. I am allergic to prawns and suffer from anaphylactic allergic reaction. I immediately spat it out and rinsed my mouth I was ok thankfully but dinner was ruined and tainted. We phoned up and explained what happened they offered free food next order but there was no way this was happening. We went to the shop in person to ask why this had happened to be met with conflict and excuses. Passing the blame to a chef who wasn't even there, questioned about the prawn even though we had it in hand to show them. The owners had no remorse to what happened and offered £5 to compensate. What a joke. Until I said do you not care they gave us £20 to walk away. It's clearly obvious they are cooking chicken and prawn together with cross contamination at play. If you suffer from allergies or other dietary requirements be aware ordering...

Ordered 3 times from here and the 3rd time was terrible. As a mothers day treat we pre ordered a delivery to arrive at 17.20pm at 17.50 it finally arrived, but was missing the salt and chilli chips so we called and they sent the missing item. Whilst waiting for our missing chips my husband was eating the sweet and sour chicken balls but had to quickly spit them out as it was a king prawn ball! My husband is very allergic to shellfish so we was quite worried about this and about how this cross contamination could happen! We called straight away to inform them but they was quite rude on the phone and didn't seem interested and told us to call back the next day. The next day we decided to visit them in person to talk about what happened and was met with very rude customer service saying there is no way that could happen, luckily I still had the prawn ball and showed them but they still didn't seem bothered that my husband could of ended up in hospital due to this mistake. The man/chef said what do you want me to do about it in a very rude manner!and offered us a measly refund for the chicken balls, we refused and got a full refund as the meal was now ruined due to the shellfish..
