Terrible Experience - Feels Like a Scam

I recently ordered food from this restaurant, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a paneer chili and a chicken chili, and I must say, I've never encountered such poor quality in my life. It felt like I had ordered from a scam restaurant.

Firstly, the paneer chili was a joke. There were just four or five tiny pieces of paneer surrounded by onions and capsicum, all sautéed in butter. It was something I could have easily made better at home. And to charge £11 for that measly portion? Outrageous.

As for the chicken chili, it was all gravy with just two or three pieces of chicken in it. Again, the quality was abysmal. It felt like another scam, and the taste was terrible.

To make matters worse, I had specifically requested cutlery as I was staying in a hotel and needed it since it was around 9:30-10:00 PM and stores were closed. They didn't send any cutlery, and when I called to ask why, they rudely responded that they didn't have any.

Another lovely meal and evening, thank you Khalique and the Polash Team. We have been dining here for around 5 years now along with take outs and can honestly say it’s the best around. Tonight we went in with our 2 daughters, their husbands and 4 grandchildren, one 8 years old and 3 x 2 year olds, the first time altogether. We ordered a takeaway tonight, the food was of good flavour but it turned up cold and the portions were tiny! my partner and I were hungry after finishing our food! We had to cook something after as we were still hungry! Waste of £35 tbh we may as well of cooked something instead of ordering as we ended up doing that anyway, the naan was small, the popadom pickles were tiny for 80p each and hardly enough for one portion!
