Chopstix - Blackburn Xtra — Restaurant in England

Firstly. I was feeling unwell. So I stopped at the services and noticed on my way out, the prices. Considering it's a service station the prices was very reasonable... I stopped and spoke to the people working their and they massivly suprised me. Really nice people with amazing customer service. I've had food from other noodle places but this is the first time I have tried copstix, The food I had from there, again was also to my suprise as it was far better than my usual favourite places I go...

This place is a hidden gem. I say this because from the outside. It actually looked like there is only a McDonald's there and a Greg's (I didn't notice any signs for chopstix) it's only when I went inside I realised it was a food court...

Also I noticed on this website and on Google it says that this place is temporary closed? However it clearly isn't. So it may be worth updating this not only for my benefit as a customer but also for yours as a business so people actually know you are open? I always want places like this to succeed!

Anyway. Sorry for rambling on. The TLDR version is: Food was amazing. Customer service was amazing. Prices are surprisingly reasonable! You need to update your info on opening times on your website and Google. You should consider signage to advertise your presence at this service stop? The staff made me feel better on a day I wasn't feeling very well. I won't forget this.

Order was completely wrong. Missed a gyoza so there was only 2 and no cauliflower bites. Called the guy and he said 'give photo evidence to just eat' oh yeah mate I'll just take a photo of something that I don't have.

After deciding that he had no intent to help further I gave up. frankly I don't want a refund from just eat, so I'm not taking it further. Literally any other takeaway would have fixed such a minor issue immediately.

Anyway, when I opened the main meal to try it I noticed upon further inspection they got that wrong too. I asked for 2 different toppings and they have me 2 of the same. If you can't even get that right I understand why you lacked the mental capacity to rectify the mistake initially.

At this point I was hungry so I just ate it. Literally microwave quality noodles and one green bean with some chicken nuggets in a sauce that could have been from a packet.

Absolute and utter dogspit. Bad food and bad service. I could go to Lidl and make better food in less...

Wow!! amazing service and amazing staff lisa and dan who was on shift tonight was very friendly and I had a really a nice conversation with dan and lisa about the food and types of stuff that's on offer on the menu just had my food all I can say is WOW!! the flavours and the the teast was so mmm and it left a nice teast in my mouth the food is mouth watering!! The chicken was so tender!! I will be coming again very soon!! keep it up guys Shaun from utilita energy hub Blackburn

P.S if you have not tried Chopsticks Noodle Bar do it!! You will be going back for round 2 and more times...... believe me I am going back very soon for round 2! Leave they's guys a review if you go to to Chopsticks a little support with a review goes a long way see...
