Oakenhurst Farm Brewers Fayre — Restaurant in England

Now I'm no longer there as of today I can re post ....mental health for the workers means nothing ....if anything happens in this place make sure you record it ...because the manager will ask people to exaggerate if they don't want you to work there ....I was sacked for leaving an honest review ...but removed it ...so ...the food is mainly microwaved ....grilled and fried ....all hot deserts are microwaved ....nine times out of ten allergy prep is done by anyone ....(should be head chef or kitchen manager ) ..workplaces should be equil places for everyone ...not just managers and high up members. Employee help was offered accepted but never came through ....if you get underpaid ...they'd it you won't get your money back ...if you want to pregroess your career ...of they don't like you they won't allow you to ....I have evidence from ex employees that they were all treat the same way ....staff take what they want and some of them even drink drive (not said by me but I have the messages from the manager who said it ) ...I was sacked today for being honest ...and leaving a review on here for people to see ...yes it could damage the company .....but that's what you did to me ..I'm so relieved I don't have to be mentally batterd by this place any more .....time to let the big bosses know what's going on (of course with the evidence gathered ....) .....this review isn't being taken down ....what can they do sack me again .....GM and km need to start paying for...

Really disappointed tonight, came here with a friend for dinner and our little girls, ordered food at 5.50pm and asked for the children's meals to be brought out with starters, The children's meals didn't arrive until 40 minutes later, which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for starters and kids meals, we had to actually go and ask if our food was being brought out, When the meals did finally arrive they were cold which is very disappointing after waiting that amount of time, I asked for the mains to be sent straight away as me and my friend were in a rush, a waitress then asked the table 10 minutes later if we were ready for our mains to be started, When our main course did arrive the burrito bowl that I ordered was cold, not good when it's rice and chicken, and my friends smothered chicken was not smothered at all, The children then wanted to play after they had eaten, only to find out the play area had closed but we were not informed, so we had two very upset little girls,

Toilets were disgusting, no locks working on the doors, both lights out making it so you had to go to the toilet in the dark, and no signs on the door due to them being scratched off making it difficult to identify which toilet was which, Not ideal at all

Very disappointing and overall a bad experience, not happy with the service or the...

Myself and my family had came to have an evening dinner out. My mother had ordered a chicken burger which did state it was crispy..however when my mum had received her burger it was dry & basically cremated. We had told the staff about this then they had pulled faces behind our backs thinking we wouldn’t noticed. A ‘manager’ had then came over (had no people skills and no qualities of being a manager) came over being rude to us all (with other customers witnessing this) she starting stating that the burger was fine and that the chef was happy with it (not sure where this chef got this qualification from..probably wish or something. We had then spoken with another ‘manager’ (again no people stills).. once we had explained how the other manager treated us we was told to not slate her staff (not wanting to hear the customers point of view). We was then provided a beef burger which was burnt. The food wasn’t eaten and we will never be going back. Such a shame when we have been coming for years. The first ‘manger’ had a car registration ending in ‘RAT’ and it’s fair to say she definitely lived up to that...
