Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I went to West Swindon Costa Coffee this morning to study, but my experience was disappointing. I plugged in my laptop, but the plug did not work anymore. I suspect that the staff shut down the electricity of the plug because I did not order anything immediately. The coffee shop was so crowded that I thought it would be better to order something later, but I did not expect that my access to electricity would be denied simply because I did not order immediately.

After this bad experience, I do not think I will be choosing Costa in the future, and I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues not to go to Costa either.

As a frequent customer of Costa, I have always enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere of your shops. However, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I believe that every customer, regardless of whether they order immediately or not, deserves equal treatment and access to basic amenities like electricity.

I hope that the management will take steps to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend West Swindon Costa Coffee to others who are looking for a place to...

A well located Costa for those needing a break from the weekly shop, or waiting for kids in the Link Centre! This branch seems to work hard at keeping everything clean and tidy, and coffee standards seem fine. However, it feels a bit impersonal, probably because there is an unremitting flow of customers rather than a solid core of local regulars. The music is a bit overpowering for my taste, and overall it's quite noisy with a lot of clattering during my recent visit. It would be great to see the staff taking a tad more care so...

Both Central and Clean facility, as you'd expect from Costa Coffee. Great standard products available including breakfast rolls, sandwiches and more. Drinks range is consistent all year round, with seasonal varieties available at varied times of the year. The drinks menu shows four sizes, but when you ask for a Hot Chocolate are told only two sizes. Which in a way is upselling, therefore if only two options take off the smallest cheapest alternatives.
