Me and my friends decided to come here this evening (26/6/21) for an evening out to catch up due to covid. I am in complete disbelief with how shocking the service was and how long it took us to actually get our food. We booked the table for 7pm we arrived at 6:55pm. They seemed confused and didn't really have a table booked for us so looked round and just said "this'll do" luckily it wasn't busy as I doubt they would've had a spare table otherwise. We then waited 30 minutes for someone to ask us whether we wanted starters and poppadoms and we also asked for our mains too. Once we ordered we then waited another 35 minutes for the starters to come out (the foods alright to be fair to them). They then collected the plates and told us our food would be soon. So 20:05 we were waiting for our food. We then eventually got our food at around 21:15 this time the food wasn't the nicest, I ordered chicken pasanda, the chicken was tough and dry and could've probably got one from asda or sainsburys which was better. Due to the service we requested our bill at around 21:25 knowing that we would be waiting a long time. We finished our food around 21:30 and then waited 45 minutes for a bill which we had to ask for 3 times. We then got the bill, CHECK YOUR BILL if you decide to go here. We had too many drinks on the bill and also 3 mains which we hadn't ordered. The waiter then said we had ordered it, I disagreed and then they "revised" the bill. They then gave us the "revised" bill which again was incorrect. I then had enough at this point and said we would write our bill down and they charge us individually for our food as it proved too difficult to pay all together as they seemed to want to add more things than what we ordered to our bills. They also charge you for the poppadom dip trays which normally come complimentary with the poppadoms and they were £3.40 each on top of the poppadoms. We finally got to leave the place 3 hours and 15 minutes after arriving. We requested a discount for the utter cheek of charging more money for mains and also the service. The manager come out and apologised and said "were new" and was not willing to knock anything off until my friend insisted our service had been shocking. To which they knocked off 2 quid per individual bill. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you have a good 4 hours to spare in your evening for a very entertaining night of thinking to yourself " how is this place still functioning" . Below photo is us writing our order down so they knew what to charge us.

The restaurant has only been open 2 months and we initially walked past it one lunchtime, noticing that they were open at lunch. We decided to book a table on a whim in the following days and we were not disappointed. We booked a lunchtime table for four and ordered three dishes. Chicken Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala and Goan Fish Curry, plus the usual extra’s. Everything was out of this world - flavours were superb, special shout out for the onion bhaji’s too! Absolutely amazing. We will be back and we don’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a meal alone, just a quick bite to eat. It was my first time dining here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The curry was delicious, the rice was great, and the bindhi was fresh and tasty. The prices were reasonable as well, and the food was served quickly. The decor was fine, though it’s not your traditional curry house layout; it’s larger and located in a more modern building. While this may slightly detract from the atmosphere, it didn’t bother me. I was there for the curry, and it was exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely awful. We arrived and one of the staff members was talking to the delivery driver about complaints, good start. The sign on the side of the building says they serve cocktails, they don't. We ordered coke and they gave us the flattest and I mean FLATTEST coke we have ever tasted. Warm, no fizz and tasted like it had come from a plastic bottle that been sat for a long time. We asked for extra mango chutney and popadoms. Our extra popadoms never came and the mango chutney was not mango chutney, it was a watered down 'house' sauce made by the chef that did not have the taste or texture of mango chutney at all. I asked for mango chutney several times and the waiter kept telling me the sauce he gave me was mango chutney when it wasn't, so I settled for Tamaran sauce instead (which tastes close to mango chutney). The mint sauce was also not nice. I had a chicken tikka Korma... It was the worst korma I have ever had. It was bland, didn't taste sweet or creamy at all and didn't taste of anything to the point it was inedible. A £2 microwave meal tastes better. I ate less than 1/4 of my meal. My boyfriends nawabi tasted slightly better but it didn't taste Indian and again, no better than a microwave meal. He didn't finish his meal either. We ordered Bombay potato's, these were undercooked and very bland and were also left unfinished. There was little seasoning or spice and there was no kick. I ordered pashwari naan and it was thin and dry and the coconut paste was bland and tasted off. Not a single part of our meals made us go 'yum this is nice!'. They had the audacity to put a 10% service charge on our bill when the place was almost empty bar one other couple and no effort or energy was required from their staff to serve us. The food was way way over priced for what it was, it was more expensive than a lot of Indian restaurants in Swindon. I was happy to pay for the extra sauce I ordered, however they also charged us for the popadom dip tray that in most restaurants comes complimentary with popadoms before your meal. I never leave reviews but I had to for this restaurant. I have tried many places in Swindon and have loved them all, i have never eaten at an Indian that I have not liked. If you love Indian food, do not go here. My boyfriend and I were in an amazing mood before coming to this restaurant then left feeling unsatisfied, disappointed and like we had majorly wasted our money. We came to this restaurant because it had so many good reviews, so we are honestly shocked at how awful...

Terrible food and even worse service. Having been stranded on a course at the Village Hotel nearby and intrepid group of us decided to break out and give the only other eatery in the vicinity a crack. Alarm bells rang for me when we entered a cavernous "restaurant" at 7pm and it was pretty much empty. Fuelled by hunger we sat and began to order. From sitting down to eating an hour and a half elapsed, the overpriced poppadum felt like a long time ago by this point. I ordered a Tandoori mixed grill which looked like it had been assembled from kitchen scraps and tasted no better. The keema naan can only be described as pathetic, thin, crispy, lacking in meat and tasteless. The surly waiting staff did little to help the situation.

At bill time the manager was not happy with us wanting to split the bill. Upon closer inspection it became apparent that items had been added without our knowledge along with £40 in service charges!!! The service had been functional and not deserving of any sort of tip, let alone a service charge added without any sort of up front indication that this would be the case.

Daylight robbery, horrendous food and shocking service. Avoid at all costs. The kindest thing I can say is that I didn't get the runs from...
