Greggs — Restaurant in England

Went into store this morning like I do every Saturday morning with a large order as I work in the centre. On my personal item I specifically I asked for a sausage and bacon Bag no butter and no sauce as I have an allergy to dairy. Upon returning I noticed my bag had butter and Ketchup. So went back and was extremely polite as errors are made and just said that these mistakes need to be mindful under Natasha’s LAW. I left with what I believed to be corrected to find I had a plain bacon bag, so went back again, left again for what I thought was corrected for the final time to find it was just sausage. So I returned for my 4th time and said that this was a joke and how can you get this wrong so many times. The Manager I believe was called Lauren. Said please don’t speak to my staff like that as there is zero tolerance. (I wasn’t shouting, I was clearly fed up my 4th return). I explained my allergy and my distress on returning for the 4th time. She said human errors are made. I said I understand that but not 4 times, She then said I was to receive a refund and banned me from store. I tried explaining Natasha’s law and under the circumstances had I have bitten into the first bag we could be facing legal charges. She kept speaking over me and wouldn’t listen. Sadly as a manager she appears to be young and extremely immature to be in such position. I have raised concerns with head office, I’m not banned from store and additional training will need to be provided. Customer services were extremely helpful...

After ordering food off of just eat the food to 2 hours to come and when it arrived it was stone cold when you phoned up the restaurant the staff was very unhelpful this isn't the first time it happened and when you ask for a full refund they won't give it to you and they say it's not there problem and why do they always cook the food before being notified from just eat that they have a driver as it qlearly states on the receipt not to do that I will not be...

Service was very slow, was waiting in the queue for over 15 minutes the staff just doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Someone then came to help putting a hair net on while already in the food area and didn't wash his hands after touching his hair and face. Once we had reached the front what we had requested wasn't in stock....
