Overall alright. Purchased the new Rolo milkshake: The milkshake was tasty. I wouldn’t rush back for it, would buy again though. The caramel flavour isn’t overly sweet which may confuse some people. If you’ve had caramel coffee syrup you’ll understand it. I was surprised the ice wasn’t blended but it kept the drink nice and cool. I am impressed at how creamy the light dairy swirl was.

I have made a very similar drink at home before, it tastes exactly the same! Ice Semi Milk Chocolate powder Caramel coffee syrup Mix it all up in a cocktail shaker Light squirty cream caramel sauce The price of 2 of the milkshakes will cover the cost of the ingredients and you can make many more!

ordered a drink through uber eats, ordered it without coffee since i can't drink caffeine for medical reasons and since i am pregnant. it arrives, has coffee in it, i then just throw it away and get refunded through uber eats.

i decide to just go drive and get a new one and asked them twice if there was definitely no coffee. they said there was no coffee in the drink, so i drive home and turns out there's coffee in it.

i drive back and tell them what's happened, and they denied putting coffee in it, when you could clearly taste it. i then told them it was for medical reasons and that's when they apologised and made me a new one. good job i'm not deathly...

A lad called Harry served me this morning and his customer service was brilliant. Asked if my oat milk was preference or allergies, due to it being allergies he got the allergen guide and broke down each part of my order to visibly show me it was safe for me to consume and explained my drink would be a teeny bit longer as the jugs were being sanitized before the oat milk were to be added. Never had service like this before, absolutely fantastic. And such a lovely cheery lad....
