Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

Absolutely avoid the cafe. Aweful customer service from all staff. We were served breakfast to the table but when we asked for cutlery as there was none in the self serve box, the woman ignored us. Another customer asked, ignored. Then both I and another customer asked the same person as she walked by again, the young girl snapped at us and proceeded to tell us she keeps her self to her self. All we wanted was cutlery for our breakfast which was sat on the table in front of hungry children for nearly 15 minutes waiting for cutlery. The coffee machine had no cups so one guy resorted to using a dirty cup, that was not his! There was a spill at the coffee machine, not cleared up and dangerous. A lady on crutches complained. The place stank of manure.

Bad service, cold food. Unhappy customers all around. Avoid the place.

Yes it's a supermarket but you don't expect to be shouted at by staff when you requested cutlery. The staff are obviously over worked and stressed for reasons unknown. Morrisons you need to invest in staff wellbeing schemes and find out why the workforce...

Now and again my wife and I treat ourselves to a Morrisons Breakfast , I had the 'Ultimate' and my wife had the Full breakfast. We used the screen to purchase then went to get the tea and sugar and milk , The cutlery was scarce , there was only forks and desert spoons , anticipation to wondering if there would be any knives coming out from the kitchen, several customers asked and myself, Then one of the staff members came out eventually asking "who needs a knife" Our breakfasts arrived but looked rushed like a child had put it all on the plate. My beans were under my slimey eggs rather than in their usual small dish , mine came without mushrooms, so we had to ask for them too, not very great today Morrisons , think you need to have more staff clearing tables too as there were 7 uncleared tables while we were seated and left , that was in the section where we were. This is a dreadful place. Every time I order breakfast at morrisons, there's at least one item missing. Today, it was sausages. They never miss out harmful things like toast and beans, but they will miss out something even if it's just to maximise profit. The business has been in decline since it was sold off, and it's no wonder that it's almost always empty these days. I won't be coming here again and I recommend that you don't either.

I paid another visit today, only to find that it has declined even further! This place has now fallen below rock bottom. One customer finally asked for a refund because the member of staff had no cognitive attitude to understand a simple order. I cannot recommend this place at all and I will not...
