Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Shocking! Me and my sister normally go to Towcester Costa, a small store by Costa standards. The qaulity there is really good and the staff are friendly and skilled. HOWEVER, Weston Favells upper mall staff are rude and unpleasant. The female manager, a wide hipped lady with blonde hair, was rude and rough with me while taking my order. She instead of handing me my change slammed it into the counter surface where anyone of ill intent could have grabbed it and ran away, ignoring my outstretched hand. It took two staff members fumbling around to produce one simple large iced latte and when I finally received my order. The ice was obliterated, the coffee mostly poured away or at very leasy 15ml of it and it had way too much milk. Giving the latte a horrible taste and vile after flavour. WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME! This is the SECOND time that this Costa has...

A shambles.

I love Costa but this branch is awful. (Weston favell downstairs) the chai latte was weak. The latte wasn't right. Got charged for things we didn't have. Then to be to told the transaction didn't go through which seemed odd. So had to re-pay. The lady serving us acted like she didn't believe us with a sarcastic "really"

The forks were dirty. I say forks as he just continued to get out dirty fork after dirty fork. The young lad was more than apologetic but honestly it just feels like this branch management is overlooked. I always wondered why upstairs was the busier one.

Plus if you get cold easily. Don't use this branch as you are in direct line of the main entrance to Weston favell and Costa has a wide entrance with no heating. The staff have to wear fleeces bless them. It's just horrible. No tip...

I ordered a salted caramel latte. The woman on till misheard me and thought I said soya. I corrected her and apologised and just repeated what I’d like. She then proceeded to mimic me and slag me off to the other barista right in front of my face. Service was also incredibly slow. I confronted her saying I could hear her talking about me and id like a refund so I could just leave as this was insanely rude and the woman ignored me and just continued to slag me off. She then shouted at me and went off into the office leaving the other barista alone with a queue. Disgusting treatment....
