Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

This store suffers the same fate as many Costa stores, slow service. In fact in my experience the speed of service is inverted against the number of staff available. The more staff the slower the service. It doesn't always need to be that way, I have experienced other Costa stores that were super speedy. I'm afraid after the recent closure of the nearby Starbucks store the demand will increase so the team need to pull their socks up a bit to keep up on with demand.

The atmosphere in the store is nowhere to be seen. It just feels so antiseptic.

As always I find the food great at Costa. It could be cheaper though so not...

Staff on the day 20th June 2025 11 30 Led by Mandy i think were professional her manner like the rest of staff was pleasant and jovial. Best service I have received and I am regular at all costa outlets around the country were standards are high but exceptional at Seaham co durham . Sorry I don't know names of all staff but Bonus for this high standard of service should be considered at the very least...

The jugs that the store where boiling there milk hadn't been washed for a good while which made the coffee taste bitter. I noticed alot of people were leaving there drinks half drank when I was stood in the queue. I love costa but wouldn't go here again at Dalton Park. The tables hadn't been cleared for ages. People were siting with others Customers cups plates etc...
