Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The staff are rude. I ordered my coffee and it wasn’t what I expected. I asked for it to be made a certain way. Considering I visit almost daily, I was familiar with the staff. One lady who works there knows how to make the coffee the way I like it. When I requested she make my coffee (like she had previously instructed me to do) I got scoffed at. Then the next day I got confronted by another worker ,who was not present, berate me to the point of tears. Ever since, I have had numeral staff be cold or confrontational. Really nice, newish cafe area. Haven't used the drive thru as it's not my thing but always looks busy. The coffee here is generally good as Costas go, but I personally prefer the pastries over the road at the Wild Bean (bp). The staff here are a bit of a mixed bunch but mostly very pleasant/friendly, and they clearly work hard to tackle the queues. Loads of parking that's free for 4 (I think) hours. Will...
