First and last time using this place. Where do I start. The App: can't edit an order in the basket even though it's not placed. Have to delete and start again. Took three attempts to pay and no evidence as to whether it had worked without checking my bank for pending payments. Turns out the 'charity donation' box interfered with the payment process. The 'tracker' app ( uber ) said preparing food for more than an hour and never moved past this. My order had vanished completely from the PJ app even though I was still logged on! Service: After an hour I kept trying to call but they kept rejecting my call. Sometimes 'busy' but mostly killing my call. When the pizza did eventually arrive it looked like it had been dropped ( see picture for how it arrived ). Also, it was nearly cold and congealed, I nearly took it back but it was late by then and I was tired and hungry. Seriously, this experience could not have been much worse. If you're deciding e.g. between Domino's and PJs. Don't even think about it. Get Dominos. Also note from the picture they only put toppings on 3/4 of the pizza. And extra toppings are £1.70. For what? Where do they go, inside? There is a big empty ring between the toppings and the crust on all but two slices. Skimpflation at its...
Read moreAbsolutely awful! Delivered Pizza was cold when it arrived, my granddaughter said it was like it had been warmed up from lunch and she was correct. The pizza was tough, not cut and we had to go over where they had tried to cut it with a pizza cutter. Hardly any cheese just tomato sauce and so dry. Hardly any garlic in the bread. We tried to eat the pizza and the bread but had to give up on both - it’s going in the bin and we now feel quite ill. Terrible experience and £30 for zero . Phoned the shop and he vaguely apologised - never ordering pizza there again! Such shame as last order great plus granddaughters birthday party for 30 was terrific but now Disgusting and no...
Read moreNice pizzas with a decent amount of toppings. Gluten free option that is one of the best I have tried (don't get your hopes too high, still a long way to go to taste anything like the real deal) in quite a few of the menu options. Also vegan options. You can order online but I had problems with my card provider (next time I will just use PayPal) and went there to order. Attendant very nice and polite took the effort to check that the order hadn't actually gone through and then allowed me to order right there. Pizzas were ready in less than 15 minutes. Compared to the mediocre Domino's pizzas that we got last week from the place in Thatcham, these ones were...
