Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Special shout out to Tawan & Meg who went above and beyond with the customer service today. I went through the Drive Thru as normal and was greeted by Tawan. I gave him my order and collected it at the window only to be told this one was on him and thanked me for being a nice & polite customer. He said not everyone who passes through is polite and it's refreshing to have customers who are polite. I want to thank Tawan for his generous act of kindness today. I didn't expect it at all and it really made my day.

I've been coming here a couple times a week for a few months now and all the staff have been really nice and pleasant with me. Meg who was working a long side Tawan told him I've been coming here a while so it was nice that the staff remembered who I was.

All the staff at this branch are really nice and polite. I've not had any negative interactions with any of them.

Great Costa. Both drive through and indoor seating area are what you come to expect from the Costa chain. I use facilities to work from sometimes for an hour the WiFi is ok when it works so I wouldn't rely on that when you are there. Refreshments are good, always fresh!
