Subway — Restaurant in England

I visited a couple of weeks ago I paid nearly ten quid for a foot long sandwich they asked me if I wanted the extra hot chipotle sauce. I said yes it had no chipotle flavouring at all! And it was bland and bitter and bright orange it completely soaked my sandwich was so watery it made a mess on my shirt and the table as it didn't bind to the sandwich. Obviously a cheap sub standard alternative. Trays were not offered as they don't supply them.i had to eat on a dirty table! They limited my choice! The lady serving said I couldn't have olives as I'd had enough! My coffee was awful capachino with no chocolate sprinkling. I had to ask for a napkin as none was offered. Not a good experience...

Closes at 7pm during the week so why is the coffee machine never working because they’ve already cleaned before 17:15? And the majority of chairs are already stacked on top of the tables as though they’re closing in ten minutes? Staff are polite and helpful but it doesn’t encourage people to go in when it looks like there closing in a few minutes and the coffee machine is never available after 5pm, I would of like to have ‘sat in’ but felt like I was an inconvenience sitting amongst...

Not impressed to put it nicely. Serving lady was not listening to the order given. I had a wrap I ask for the sauce to go to the edges, but put so much in. The wrap had to be eaten with a fork. The paper had stuck to the wrap. Tables dirty. And it's was quite. Staff all 3 of them out the back chatting... Leaving dirty tables floor. Over flowing bins. Behind the counter the floor was so gross. If I had seen it. I never had...
