Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went in for a coffee and some breakfast this morning. My daughter has a severe CMPA, so I always have to be really careful with what I consume so that she doesn't have a reaction (she's breastfed). A massive shout out and thank you to the store manager Anna, she took my order and took it so seriously, took the time and care to reduce as much possibility for cross contamination as humanly possible. She even offered to put everything she was using through the dishwasher again before using it, and she made sure she wore fresh gloves. Extremely rude young guy with blonde hair!! I asked him politely if they were open, I was told they didn’t close for 20 minutes. I assumed this was an Invitation to come in and order. I asked for 2 coffees for take out and you would think I threatened him and was cussing him out with his behaviour towards me and the way he was throwing stuff around … appalling customer service and if I do come back and see him again I will certainly let him know.
