Greggs — Restaurant in England

The staff are (especially the managers) extremely rude! Every time I go in I am reminded of why I dont like to visit the bretton store. Food is always freezing and not fresh. The manager actually sighed at me for asking to take a box of donuts off of my order on Tuesday just gone I actually couldn't believe the rudeness of him then when I sat waiting for the rest of my order he had left it on the side I asked why he hadn't called me he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Everything seems too much trouble in there and I genuinely dont know how they have customers left. Ive not heard any good feedback from anyone I know who's been in there . Theres one maybe 2 decent members of staff in that place and I feel bad for them working with and for the staff in there. I dont for the life of me know how the managers got their role as theres nothing managerial about them. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful BOTH of the managers i have come across..not a great way to run a business and not good for Gregg's publicity. Such a shame I had high hope's for...

FOOD POISONOUS

Went for A meal (Gregg Bretton Peterborough)with my son at 5:30 Last Saturday 12 Oct 24 but we were served with very cold food.my record food she can pay to be precise it was extremely Cold Chicken pie and coffee. we asked the girl who was serving if it can be warm .She said it was against their policy,but policy also allowed her to serve cold foods. She never gave us any options instead , she ignored all my questions .We were forced to eat it cold Unfortunately before getting home we had very bad stomach pains and on reaching home We started Diarrhoea, very badly for the whole night we were up and down in the toilet .Today (Monday )has been the day we have taken something small.We are still taking medication .Please avoid this place particularly if you have small children bcoz they are only interested in profits not your health.My dear son looks very weak .l have called asking to talk to manager...

Hey guys ordered on just eat then called the reastaurant to ask for compensation as they deliver wrong cakes. No one likes custard doughnuts and they decide to replace jam doughnuts with custard doughnuts. Then I call the reastaurant to complain and the person on the phone is rude and says that's not a scam although I never asked for caramel doughnuts and they still charged me for em. I won't even eat em they make me feel sick. Staff here are rude and if I'm ever in Bretton I'll certainly pay my right hook a visit to whoever spoke to me down the phone like I was trash ur customer service sucks and stop scamming customers with stuff...
