Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

This place is an absolute joke with appalling customer service! They seriously need to get the Penzance staff in this branch to show them hiw it's done. Two previous visits where I have asked for a frostino with cream and coffee to be given what looks just like a slush puppy not as the frostino is delivered on the picture or how any other costa serve it up. Complained to head office. Sent a points card with 600 points on. Today called in thinking there would be improvements a stroppy guy behind the till snapping at the customers patiently waiting as the drive through is closed. Got to my turn I asked for a regular salted caramel frostino with cream and coffee. He said what is that I don't know if we do it so I said again a frostino he must have misheard me the first time so then he starts flouncing his shoulders about going well what size small medium large I said just a regula. He says we don't do a regular small medium or large and it's coffee in it so why are you asking. His attitude stank so I said don't bother he said why why is that I walked out. Area manager you seriously need to train the staff up with ettwr customer service. I'll make the trip to Penzance as it appears its the best staff costa has that deliver what...

I visit here on a very regular basis spending a lot of money on coffee. The last 6 months it has gone down hill tremendously. Visited this evening and the service was terrible. Young lady was giving everyone take away cups as they were closing in 30 min time. Had to make my coffee twice as my wet cap was half froth. Barista skills are lacking and bad attitude to boot. Shouted across the whole resteraunt when there was five minutes till closing. Said "They don't care, they won't listen anyway, I'm not serving anyone else if they come in now" so all the customers could hear. Costa I would scrap most of your staff and start from scratch. Deb is the one that holds that place together and gives fabulous customer services, Shame she wasn't there. Popped in on the way home rrom work. Drive through was shut so went in. Ordered a large chai latte with cinnamon and a cheese and tomatoe toastie. Both came in good time and went straight to the car to drive home. Unfortunately when I got there the large latte was around 3inches from the top of the cu and totally bereft of cinamon. While these issues didn't totally spoil my lunch and the staff were very nice, I do feel that I should get what I pay for, especially when its a treat due to...
