Crumbs Cafe — Restaurant in England

One hour waiting, people coming after us, order, got served, leave... Meanwhile, we were still waiting for our food... I said to my wife, I am not surprised when you order in the counter you don't pay yet. You pay at the end.... We weren't surprised why! We decided after waiting so long to just paid for the coffees and go... As we were going to pay, the waitress came with our food. I said to them we won't have the food now. Too late. The manager offered us the food for free. We refused still to have it even for free. He then decided not to charge us for the coffees we had, which it was a good gesture from him (that's why I gave 2 stars and not just one) Unfortunately the damage was done... A very convenient little cafe, the staff are all very polite and courteous.. Although their English is minimal for some. Their prices are a little steep but it is wendover so you do pay London prices why I have no idea!! They have an outside area leading on to the street of which is fended off with a small wall... WORST CAFE IVE EVER BEEN TO! I’ve never wrote a review and especially not a bad review. Quality of the lasagna was appalling, I politely asked for the food to be changed and I would of understood but they demanded I pay and also called me fussy when they served me a Tesco lasagna which he later confirmed was a microwave meal after trying to argue with me in the shop.
