Cugini Pizza Edgworth — Restaurant in England

Does not respond to complaints about a dangerous situation involving their food as it has multiple stones in it almost 2 years ago. Tried to contact them through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, telephone, and just constantly getting ignored from my original message to them over 2 years ago.

EDIT: You responded to one email and offered a voucher (which you then did not even send to me - don't offer a voucher if you then ignore the emails don't follow through) and then did not respond any further to my other email or text message as the situation was not resolved. You can check your WhatsApp or email messages now as I sent more on 15/09/23, 04/12/23, and 07/08/24 and no response...

I know how amazing you guys are, excellent pizza, but it was an absolute travesty to have to microwave pizza of your quality. I saw it come out the oven piping hot. I then had to wait nearly 10 minutes before my name was called out. Unfortunately the pizza was lukewarm at best and the cheese had re-hardened. Shame as it's normally on point and hot when served. Disappointed today. Surely have one person serving and one dedicated to getting the pizza out promptly...

What a treat!! Absolutely love Cugini Pizza’s. We go more a less every week to the nook and cranny Harwood. The service is great, supper efficient with the QR CODE at your table, this makes it super easy to order. The weekly specials are great, just be quick before they sell out. Our personal favourite is the ham and shrooms. The hit honey dip and blue cheese dip is a big hit for us.

We have used the pick up service to which is just as efficient.
