Stepping into Kiki’s Café is like finding a hidden gem in Newbury. Our recent visit for breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. Absolutely shocking breakfast for what it costs vegetarian breakfast with vegetable sausages don't work on a breakfast anyway but they tasted like they been in the freezer for 20 odd years 1 sausage About 5 pieces of half cut mushrooms 1 egg 1 hashbrown Cold Beans And toast for £8.50 🤯😵 I'm not cheapskate but omg definitely didn't get my moneys worth would never ever return don't get me wrong service was quick but think that was because there wasn't much on plate to cook, was only person in there at busy peek time for a breakfast and no wonder why it was so quite because its shocking! off to McDonald's 1min drive up the road now to get some more food as I'm starving!! Do I pay or do I walk out for a breakfast that prob would of cost...

I cannot fault the staff friendly and helpful, however a breakfast is all about the ingredients. I think it's under new owners as the quality of birth the sausages and bacon wasn't good pretty certainit wasnt hienz ketchup either.

The sausages in particular seemed more rusk than meat, bacon OK but had no taste so assuming cheaper probably Dutch bacon.

Also a limp burger type bun just doesn't work, needs to be a proper bread roll or baguette. Personally happy to pay more for better quality it's a treat breakfast after all.
