Wow, where do I even start? Delicious Desserts is hands down the best dessert place I’ve ever been to! From the second I walked in, I felt so welcome. The staff are super friendly, always smiling, and really helpful when it comes to choosing from their massive menu. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes the whole experience even better.

First thing I noticed? The place is spotless! You can literally see the staff keeping everything clean, which is a huge plus for me. Nothing worse than a sticky table when you’re about to enjoy a treat, but here, everything is fresh and well looked after.

Now, let’s talk about the desserts. Wow. I tried their famous Ferrero Rocher milkshake, and let me tell you – it was insane. Thick, creamy, packed with flavour, and just the right amount of sweetness. I can see why it's a bestseller. I also went for a waffle topped with strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The waffle was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Every bite was heaven!

On another visit, I decided to explore more of their menu. The Biscoff Lotus Sundae caught my eye, and it did not disappoint. A vanilla base combined with Biscoff ice cream, topped with crushed Biscoff biscuits – every spoonful was a delightful mix of creamy and crunchy textures.

I also tried their Chocolate Fudge Cake Shake, which is exactly what it sounds like – rich chocolate fudge cake blended into a smooth, decadent milkshake. It was like drinking a dessert, and I loved every sip.

For something a bit different, I went for the Cookie Dough Sundae. Hot, gooey cookie dough combined with vanilla ice cream – the contrast between the warm cookie and the cold ice cream was simply divine.

Price-wise, I was actually surprised. For the size of the portions and the quality, I expected to pay more, but it’s really good value for money. You definitely get your money’s worth.

I’ve also ordered from here for delivery before, and they never disappoint. The food always arrives fresh, well-packaged, and on time. It’s still warm, the ice cream isn’t melted, and everything is just as good as eating in. You can tell they care about making sure customers are happy whether you dine in or order at home.

Absolutely vile customer service!

All the other comments describing the staff as rude in this dessert store are correct. The staff are very rude, with the manager being the worst. My dessert came and was missing the tango ice blast, after having worked as a waitress for 3 years myself I though maybe he had forgotten it and asked is there a tango ice blast to come as well please? A question I used to get asked many times as a waitress and replied to, yh i’ll just bring that now or it’s five minutes sorry, if it was late. But what was the manager’s response he pointed to the drink over on the counter and said “you see that there yh that’s your ice blast, ive only got two hands yh”. He was very abrupt and rude in the way he said this so I got up and went to get it myself in which he rushed to get it first and slammed it down on my table. I tried to report this to staff and they said, “you know he’s our brother yh, just saying yh...
