So I'm in the area for work and wanted a decent hot meal, had a search on google and the review of this place looked good. Turned up on without booking and I'd say we were lucky to get the table as it was crammed (the place is quite small). The food was outstanding, best nann bread I've ever had, the curry was bursting with flavour and really good quality. Service from the staff was top notch and I'd have left it tip if I wasn't paying on the works card (sorry guys). As for value it was incredible, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday it's £10.95 for a starter, main, side dish, rice or nann and a coffee! The portions were fantastic too. Wanted to take my fiancé for a nice quiet meal and decided on this this restaurant. We sat at our table and about an hour later they took our main order however in the meantime the phones kept ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing very loud and customers were shouting answer the phones or turn them off and the owner just ignored the customers which we felt was very rude!.The service was appalling and the food was shocking!. I had an amazing experience at this place while traveling to London with my Indian kid who insisted on having only Indian food. We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant where the receptionist went out of their way to accommodate our request for ghee and plain daal. Although I had reservations, the food surpassed my expectations; it was truly delicious. The thoughtful touch of serving two types of rice - one plain with ghee and the other colorful and ghee-infused - ensured that my kid thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
