Constantly have issues with this branch. First time- PAV (manager) had decided she didnât want to do any work for her money that night. We rang to order a pizza after midnight (as that was when we arrived home to an empty fridge after a working week away) and she kept trying to put us off by saying âdelivery will take over two hoursâ. When we asked why, she kept saying the driver was solely responsible for delivering pizza across the whole of Bristol and needed a couple of hours to get back from the city centre. When we said we were willing to wait, she then used another tactic of saying they didnt deliver to our area (despite being local). When we asked for her name she simply hung up!! Complained directly to Dominos who gave us an apology and an imaginary voucher over the phone of âcall your local store and say Jordan from Emersons has agreed to give you ÂŁ25 off your next orderâ which guess what? No one at any store recognised or agreed to. Second time- Again, after a late finish from work we decided to give them another go. This time we were served by a lovely guy called Amir who canât be faulted for his customer service. We were pleased to see a positive change and were excited to receive our pizza! The pizza arrived 1.5 hours later and cold. Now we are STRICT vegetarians and guess what? There was meat in our box :( There should be no cross contamination between the meat and veggie options and here it clearly showed that they had little to no regard for their customersâ dietary preferences. We rang the store only to be faced by the rudest person called Carlos- he said he would give us ÂŁ15 credit which was of no help whatsoever, what we needed was food to eat that night, that HADNâT been cross contaminated with meat! When we asked his name- he also hung up!!!! Doesnât this seem to be a running trend in this store???
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Really sad but Dominos have let me down badly, official routes got us nowhere either and this has been the cherry on top of our experience here.
Would give zero...

Hiya! Your service is great, food always hot, drivers are quick and friendly, and the couple of times something has gone wrong with my order (naturally mistakes happen when you're churning out hundreds of pizzas a day) your store has dealt with it perfectly and quickly.
I just have a burning question that is also the sole reason I can't given you a 5 star rating: why does the Cheeseburger Pizza come with ONE tiny pickle per slice?!?
It's my favourite pizza (since it was released it's the only one I order, I've been hyping up the Cheeseburger since it was still seen as weird, until someone would try a slice of mine out of curiosity and BOOM converted) but the pickle problem annoys me everytime. There should be a slice of pickle in every bite (same way you get beef/cheese/tomato/burger sauce in each bite) so around 3 pickles per slice would be ideal. It's obviously not a cost issue: pickles are dirt cheap yet you're more generous with the more expensive meat toppings.
I actually used to pay for extra pickles but ÂŁ2.50 for a single extra pickle on each slice is honestly daylight robbery. If you do it because you're worried about people not enjoying or liking pickles...they can just replace the topping while ordering? Or if they are in the tiny minority that loves only having one sliver of pickle per slice they can just take some off when it's delivered.
Please can someone tell me the logic behind your lack of pickles on this pizza where the pickle is literally the main event. And in the meantime, please consider being more generous with the pickles- we will all thank you for it and I can see many more 5â reviews coming your way. I only order Dominoes once a month because although the Cheeseburger IS tasty, there's only so much disappointment I can cope with when it comes...
Read moreSo many reviews here of staff not picking up the phone. I know why. BAD MANAGEMENT! If you dial 141 before your number, they will pick up immediately. They purposefully block numbers and put you on hold when they are busy and you have a complaint, so that they don't have to deal with you.
Every time I have had a problem they have put me on hold indefinitely. Each time, I have rung back with 141 before my number, and immediately (within seconds) they call back.
The last time this happened (after my pizza was 2 hours late) they spoke for a while before just hanging up. I went to their Emersons Green store myself, and saw the phone ringing constantly, with no one picking it up. I complained to the manager who said nothing, and told the person who was helping me to just give me a refund. The manager made no apology whatsoever.
A week later when I went to use my refund, they said it didn't exist, and I had to argue about it with them for about 10 minutes before they would do it.
It seems to me that this is all due to poor management. The person that was not answering the phone calls seemed very young and inexperienced, just following what he was told to do. The manager seemed very rude and dismissive.
I have had constant issues now with this Dominoes branch. About 50% of the time my pizza never gets delivered. The other 40% of the time it...
