Domino's Pizza - Burton Latimer — Restaurant in England

They are very stingy with the ingredients especially the bbq sauce. I always pay for extra on my pizza but never get any extra from this Dominos like you do in other Dominos stores.The dough Is never fresh and the next day its rock hard when microwaved and its the only store Ive bought from that i can't enjoy it the next day. They are the worst dominos in the country ive tried so far in terms of Dominos standards. The last time I phoned up and mentioned to please add my extra bbq sauce I paid for i had a guy claiming to be the manager shouting down the phone threatening me. I did complain via email but never heard anything...

Having just phoned up and asking a very simple question are they still doing potato wedges the member of staff was struggling to answer so decided to hang up on me how rude. On previous visit when my food was cooked and ready to collect had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged which in-between what they were doing they could have simply passed it over to me but instead decided to not make eye contact or even greet me until someone else walked in from the back and did this straight away but just 10...

Ordered a pizza as create your own - came with no tomato base - said I ordered it wrong apparently create your own doesn’t come with tomato base? In future apparently I have to order a cheese and tomato and add the toppings. Manager was so rude - put the phone down on me at one point and continuously told me I ordered it wrong - I order that pizza the exact same way every single time - asked if I chose different toppings would it still come with no sauce - absolutely ridiculous. Will never use...
