Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Uppingham Road — Restaurant in England

Having received our 3 pizzas, just out of the three were of the quality to be expected. It's worth noting that I have raised a complaint with the head office directly for this franchise.

The Cheese and Tomato came as expected, though the quality was not quite as normal.

The Indian Paneer Masala came with an average of 2 pieces of small Paneer per slice. The family took one look at it and turned up their noses.

The modified Vegi Supreme was just gross looking. We removed toppings to add extra sauce and herbs. There is no way this has extra sauce as you could see bread the the sauce and cheese and there was no herbs.

Quite honestly i feel a lot of soul goes into to turning dough into a pizza Base, the rest is just paying attention to the order and making sure it looks nice. This store dropped the ball today. I ain't order from this store again as I don't trust them to do it right.

Walked in the shop after ordering on the app I was the only customer in the shop so I Walked to the counter where I stood for four minutes without been acknowledged by any one of the three staff there after 4 minutes I assumed they had thought the only collection on the screen was for me so I left it for another 5 minutes in silence the screen turned to ready another 3 minutes pass so I stare at an employee who asks can I help you after 12 minutes off been in the shop and empty shop I tell him I have come to collect my order so he looks at the screen that has one name on it and asks my name the strangest experience in a retail situation I have ever had to be ignored for 12 minutes is disgusting and if I hadn't ordered on the app I would have just walked out I would rather eat from an establishment that has respect for its customers....

We ordered 2 garlic pizza bread and 14 frank hot red wings as a takeaway. When I went to collect the order two dips which come with the chicken wings were missing when I asked for it they mentioned that we have already poured the sauce on the wings so it’s not a part of the order you need to buy separately. So I said I will buy one of the dips then I was given the dip as free. After reaching home when I opened the wings they had no sauce on them in fact we did not get the ones we had ordered , we got the plain chicken wings. This was purely a disappointment. Also the garlic pizza bread was not what it usually tastes only cheese. It was our first time ordering from this outlet and it was definitely not up to the dominos standards.
