Domino's Pizza - Weston Super Mare - Locking Castle — Restaurant in England

Awful restaurant with extremely bad customer service. Rang up to request a decent helping of tomato sauce on my pizza after placing my order. I recieved an extremely dry pizza which I could only describe as bread with some toppings. When I complained I spoke to a helpful chap who apologised and offered to remake my pizza to an acceptable standard and also offered a complimentary bottle of coke to which I accepted, however within five minutes of hanging up I received a call back from a jumped up little twerp of whom was the store manager informing me that they will not be doing this as they thought the pizza met their standards. Anyway to cut a long story short the quality was awful and I haven't been back since after being a loyal customer for many years. Nice...

The pizzas almost always good here, and the staff are friendly enough but since the new app has been released collection has been nothing but awful, as says the pizza is ready for collection and then you have to stand there for 15mins whilst chaos ensues.

Just a tip here but if you have customers that are prepared to come into store and collect then they should be prioritised. Leaving 4-8 people standing there and not getting things moving is unacceptable. If someone was on the till at least giving feedback to customers rather than just letting them stand there with no explanation as to what's going on then it would make things a little more bearable.

Worst Domino's Pizza restaurant where I ordered food. The only positives are that the food is quickly prepared, they are open until 11 p.m. and the restaurant seems to be clean (they try to keep the place nice). Now about the bad moments: The food seems hot, but it tastes like it was prepared a long time ago (dry potatoes, ham, meat). The toppings are scattered on the pizza at random. The pizza is cut crookedly (my family and I will split the slices, but I wouldn’t order it here for work or with friends). The staff gives the impression that you are not very welcome, but it doesn't matter already. In general, tasteless food. It’s better to at least go to Domino’s in Portishead and get pizza...
