Eastern Paradise — Restaurant in England

Be careful when booking a table.... Chose this restaurant as they offer a all you can eat on Sundays and Mondays as offered on their website, Booked for a party of 7 with some traveling 60 miles.... Arrived and seated on time as fairly quiet in the restaurant. Waitress could learn to smile and when we asked for the all can eat menu to be told its not availabile.... More or less told if you don't like it you can go..... Difficult when you are a party of 7..... No appoliges or offer goodwill...just attitude....... We choose to stay... Food took forever arrive.....even more drama when we asked to split the bill and was told we don't do that..... Very bizzare attitude to customer service....... When paying they where still advertising the all you can eat menu!!!!!!!! If the rating was just for food it would be a 5 star.....but staff and lack of communication of offers have...

We placed the order just before 6pm online and was advised delivery to be 6:50 which was fine and we also expected it to be possibly longer than this but it was not delivered until 8:20, We called 4 times to see when we would recieve the delivery each time being told it was just leaving and we live only just 5 -10minutes away. The meal was enjoyable but the delay ruined our plans for the evening. Luckily we were given a discount because of the delay but in the end I would have preferred to have had the order arround the time advised. I understand they were busy but maybe if they kept us upto date with a call to advise that there was a delay, after all they had our contact details...

Was really looking forward to having a takeaway from here as the last time we ate in the food was delicious. However, we ordered online, and was told it would arrive around quarter to 6. By half 6 we had nothing. Phoned and got told it was on the way. 20 minutes later still nothing. Phoned again and after alot of confusion we get told theyll phone the driver again. Finally get our food over an hour late. There was no apology either on the ohone or from the driver. We still get charged a delivery fee. It was nearly £40 for our food (2 curries, 2 rice, 2 naan and some pappadums) and delivery. Absolutely outrageous. Terrible service. Insane prices and while some bits were nice the food wasnt amazing either. Not...
