Emperor Of India — Restaurant in England

We placed an order at 6.30 in the evening. We questioned the time as we were on a time limit, with family needing to travel. We were told it would be a maximum of 1 hour 10 minutes. At 9 o'clock we still had no food. Family members had already left. The rest of us were sat hungry. We finally got hold of the restaurant to find they hadn't taken the address and didn't think to call and ask. Not long after that food had arrived WHICH was Wrong...of course. We called the restaurant to complain and they said they would send the right items out . I refused as it was already so late. I asked them to refund these items. They said the manager would call the next day to talk to me. Yet again I was let down and heard nothing, so I called them. They said i would get a call in the next hour from the manager. That didn't happen. I gave them 4 hours knowing if it takes them nearly 3 hours to make our food that they probably needed longer to sort out a complain. So after a rude argument and a bin full of uneaten food (due to family having to leave) they left me with a hefty bill. Will never eat from here again. Keep your money...

The ruined a night of family and friends visiting, was told that there was a 1hr10mins waiting time for delivery after 2 hrs we were trying to call and there was no answer the phone just kept ringing out finally after over half an hour of trying we got through and was told that driver couldn't find our address so I confirmed our address and contact number and after 3hrs the food arrived cold and two of the orders were wrong we had family and friends leave as they couldn't wait any longer. Called again and said to them about the wrong food and was told that the manager would call the next day well we never heard from them we had to call which they were very rude and tried to blame it on us. Will def not be ordering from there again!!!! Just be prepared when things go wrong as they...

Trying to find new places to eat in bulford, I came across emperor of India. I have never been so disappointed with a service and especially food. We ordered for momo (a dumpling ) , garlic chicken and naga chicken but instead what we got was 2 very oily oily oily jalferazi and a spring roll. When called in the restaurant to complain, they reported a momo is a spring roll (false advertising ) and quote from manager was “that is how we make our food , if you don’t like it that is your problem bro”. And when I told them that the food is cold , they replied “just put it in the microwave and reheat it “. I asked for a refund as the paratha was burnt and tested horrible, they could not give us a refund but instead can give us 40% on our next purchase . Never buying from here...
