A wonderful welcome for everyone. Karen and Mark are wonderful hosts, staff and regulars are welcoming to everyone and the whole atmosphere is very friendly. I love that dogs are just as welcome as people. The no standing at the bar rule is a great idea and one more pubs should adopt as it encourages people to sit and talk. The pub and lovely garden are wheelchair accessible big thumbs-up from me for that and my Pops loves the pints of Doombar. Will absolutely be visiting the Plough Inn when we are down that way again. A special mention for dog lovers as there are towels just inside the door for wet or muddy paws and we were treated to a visit from a lovely little doggy regular who was quite happy to sit so we could give her a fuss and one of the staff came over with a dog treat. Although packed the landlady found us space and we were served with great home cooked traditional pub grub.
