Ordered food at 5.30 said it would be here ETA 6.50-7.10 which was a long wait anyway but I understand it was a a Saturday night so it is what it is. Phoned at 7.30pm as no sign on the app it was on the way and had very hungry young children to be told it will be coming out next. Phoned again at 8.30pm as still no sign to be told it would still be another 30 minutes or more! Had to cancel the order as the children were literally starving by this point and needed to go to bed so I had to end up cooking them something and I wasn’t even able to eat as I had not been food shopping. 3.5 hour wait for pasta and garlic bread is just not acceptable and god knows what time it would have eventually turned up if at all! Ordered at 17:55 was told delivery 19:30. Ok I can live with that. Then it was extended to 8p.m. not happy but ok.
