Dear owner , .I'm really sorry to say please focus on your service and food .I normally took tea and vegitable bak or vegan roll ,I like hot milk in tea but whenever I asked your staff to can I have hot milk please and they reply they are not allowed to gave hot milk ,saying its compny policy. I took your cold milk once but it's tast like expire .I go every where no body saying they can't gave hot milk even I told your staff I will pay extra also most of time your food very cold if I ask please little warm few seconds for me again answer no because they saying they not allowed .today I took vagin sosage roll and tast was...

Just tried to get a Soy Larte as Gregg's as it states on the internet that they have soy milk. Turns out they only have those tiny pots of soy milk you get on a plane so I couldn't get a soy Larte. They even stopped serving the vegan spicy mexican chicken bake, never going back. I'd rather go to Starbucks or...
