Greggs — Restaurant in England

It's a Saturday 1pm. It's lunch time and I am looking forward to having a hot lunch. I ask for 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza to be told another 10 minutes to be cooked. I see 2 sad looking burnt pieces of normal pizza left I ask if they are hot to be told no they're cold. I ask for 2 bean and sausage melts and ask if they could be heated up. No was the answer as your not allowed to heat up food. Its disgusting. Cold lousy burnt looking food. I won't...

Fantastic aromas! I like the angle that they say their sandwiches are made fresh daily. I don't know if that extends to their pasties and other savoury foods, they don't specify. it would be nice if it did as I find their pasties particularly tasty. Not sure on their position regarding palm oil either though I believe they don't use hydrogenated...

This place seams to always struggle when there is a lot of people which makes them slack a little on the coffee side and I always feel I am not 100% sure I will get what I ordered as I have to repeat order few times.

Probably needs more staff and one dedicated person to deal with deliveroo/just eat orders as I think that makes...
