ordered a god damn cheesecake, and the guy came yeah, and he got me my cheese triangles, and my pizza, but-now this is the good bit-he forgot my god damn frickin cheesecake. now i'm not saying that that cheesecake slice is necessary for me to live, but, to be fair, it is pretty good. its been an hour and a half now-he still hasn't come with my cheesecake slice. he said he would only be five minutes. lies. lies upon lies. he does not sit on a throne of lies, but rather a mountain. what has this world come to? well, you know what hasn't come? my cookie dough cheesecake slice....

Horrendous customer service. Had order number and they'd taken money from bank. Tried to call to check progress and was repeatedly told to phone customer service who took 20 minutes to phone them and then tell me he didn't know why. Tried to call to order over phone. When they eventually answered I was told by the manager mr Kahn that there was a 2 hour wait on a thursday!?!? Avoid like the plague. Order collection from tower park they have real human beings...
