Just waited in a queue for over 5mins the queue was out the door only 1 member of staff serving while 1 was talking to someone drinking coffee & 1 was putting price tickets out!!!!!! Surely the most important thing is to serve the customers they keep the shop open & pay staff wages!!!!! I then found out that the member of staff serving didn't even work there she was from Norton branch!!!!! Wonder who would be serving if she wasn't there. Very poor customer service will be a long time before I go in...

Went to get one of the new veggie/vegan steak bakes. As a carnivore I was a little disappointed that it was very difficult to tell the difference between the meat and meat free versions. The service was very good too. AND the guy who served me told me it was hard to tell the difference....

Lovely staff, nice interior, good prices. Only flaw I have is that one of the only things I eat in there is always cold. It mustn't be very popular. Their breakfast deal is a must. £2 for a bacon bun and hot...
