Greggs — Restaurant in England

The 2 ladies that work there monday mornings have got serious attitude problems. Refused me a VAT receipt even tho i explained i need a vat rec tflr business purposes. I offered to come back end of day but she was adamant that because the receipt machine was broken i could not obtain a vat receipt, her only resolution was to take a picture using my phone off the itinerary on the screen.. not sure if HMR will let that one slide but okay. Called greggs customer service and they advised me the ladies are incorrect and will be trained. Receipt will be emailed to me...

Only gave one star as couldn’t leave none. Second week going in and nothing in chiller cabinet. Customer service appalling big lad who clearly didn’t want to be there so unhelpful and rude. As a manager in customer service myself I can tell you now this lad wouldn’t be working. Staff all too young to be left without a manager...

Now then pal, flying visit this morning ✈️ on my way to an appointment. Went with the sausage and bacon baguette and my preferred tipple of a mocha and at just under £4.50 this was an absolute steal......a bargain pal in this day and age pal let me tell ya, keep up the good work...
