Greggs — Restaurant in England

We waited for what seemed an eternity from someone to appear at the counter to take our order. We could hear the staff having a conversation out of sight but they did not come to see who was saying "Hello" at the counter, as you can see from the image, it would have been easy to "Help Yourself".

Eventually a supervisor "Coleen" arrived and took our order, a Pink Jammie, a Caramel doughnut and 2x Bavarian Slices - this order had to be repeated to her 3 times, so I am not certain about the level on concentration applied to the role.

Whilst she was putting our order together, a colleague arrived and Interrupted Coleen, talking about their shift patterns and saying something about taking some of the Pudsey cakes, which she proceeded to do, yet given they are a charity raising product, I did not see any monies changing hands!!!

I have alot of problems with this greggs. 1: When i arrived the floor was wet from spilt drinks and for a whole 30 mins while queueing no one came to clean it up. 2: a certain employee called Matti Burge called me rude and said he would give me the smallest sausage roll there was. It was still a nice sausage roll although rather small. 3: The disabled toilet was out of use, my disabled daughter with severe health issues could not use the toilet, i was very dissapointed. I hope greggs fixes these issues...

I just went to this store and ordered a breakfast (order 437434). They told me they were out of bacon.

I understood and said I would like it with eggs and sausages instead. They brought me the bread with 5 sausages inside and only one piece of egg, which was burnt. I went back, and they said that’s all they had left.

They could have told me from the beginning, not to serve me this sandwich in such conditions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One star is too much for...
