Greggs — Restaurant in England

My husband ordered a Mango Strawberry Cooler at Greggs on 27/09/2025 and specifically asked for less ice. The drink was prepared in a way that tasted watery with no flavour of anything. When he raised this concern, the response was dismissive , we were told that more water had been added because of the reduced ice. The staff member’s attitude came across as unprofessional, and unfortunately the interaction also felt influenced by racial discrimination. Greggs is the closest thing to heaven on the high street! This particular branch is, as you'd expect, efficient and immaculately maintained. I should point out that, if you're eating in, the high stool-type chairs could be a struggle. Yet another omelette baguette was enjoyed here - if you've not had one, you don't know what you're missing! I always head here when my wife is on an early start to get her a Bacon and Sausage bun and a Caramel Custard Doughnut before she starts work. She loves the food and considering the early start the staff are always polite and happy to serve. The North Ormesby shop should take note as this is completely the opposite.
