Subway — Restaurant in England

Absolutely shocking. Staff not trained. Couldn't understand simple orders or what ingredients were used to make which sadwiches. Drinks machine faulty. Floor and tables not cleaned. Avoid at all costs. If in the middlesbrough area use any other location. Definitely won't be returning. Incorrect orders then tried giving substitutions instead this in turn leads to the company losing money. Think the franchisee needs to have a good look at their staff and improve the standards expected by a multi million...

Salad box are lovely but the guy behind the counter needs to know what 'a little light mayo' is. An inch thick layer is not a little and he scanned my club card after the transaction so I did not get any points. Otherwise as good as any other subway but still not at good as my usual at Middlesbrough...

My first visit was absolutely appalling staff couldnt understand what people were ordering and gave the wrong food and drinks staff wernt trained properly the place was filthy tables were just left with rubbbish floor was disgusting definately wont...
